Please find listed below details on how to book our catering services, this covers;

Drop us an email or give us a call to check your date availability.

 

Pick and choose as you like from our selection of buffet menus to

suit your tastes and budget.

 

Once you have made your selection email or phone in your menu selection.

 

We will confirm your selection and total cost.

 

To secure your date we require a 20% deposit (max £100) and the

balance is payable ten days before your date this is also when

you confirm final guest numbers.

 

Payment can be made by cash, cheque, Paypal* or bank transfer.

*3% fee applies if paying via Paypal

 

Disposable plates, napkins, knives & forks where applicable & set up of the

buffet are included in our finger/fork buffets.

 

Free delivery in the DG1 & DG2 postal areas, out with these areas there

may be a small charge to cover our fuel cost, please contact us for a price.

How to book a “Curry Buffet” and how it works

 

Drop us an email or give us a call to check your date availability.

 

Choose your buffet selections.

 

Email or phone in your menu selections.

 

We will confirm your total cost.

 

To secure your date we require a 20% deposit (max £100)

The balance is payable ten days before your date,

this is also when you confirm final diner numbers.

 

On the day of your buffet we will arrive at your venue

approx. two hours before your buffet is to be served.

We prep the food in our kitchen and cook it at your venue's kitchen.

We can set up a temp kitchen at your venue if required.

 

We will set up the buffet with hot chafing dishes so

you and your guests can help yourselves.

 We can assist at the buffet table if required at no extra cost.

Once you have finished we will return at a convenient 

time to collect our equipment.

 

Crockery & cutlery is included in the price.

Tastings can be arranged by appointment.

 

Table linen available to hire .

Payment can be made by cash, cheque, Paypal* or bank transfer.

Dinner menu booking info

 

 

Drop us an email or give us a call to check your date availability,

choose your dinner selections, you can choose one from each course plus a vegetarian & a childrens option if required, if you would like to give your guests a choice you can choose two starters, two mains & two sweets, then you can email or phone in your dinner selections. We will then supply you with a written quote.

The price we quote is the price you pay, no hidden costs.

Price includes:

*Your dinner* 

*Waiting staff* 

*Crockery & cutlery* 

*Set tables, clear down & wash up* 

There may be a small charge to cover our fuel out with the DG1 & DG2 postal areas. We can include table linen if required at an additional charge.

On the day of your dinner we will arrive at your venue approx. two

hours before your dinner is to be served. We freshly prepare your

food it in our kitchen using the finest local ingredients and cook it at

your venue's kitchen, if required we can set up a temporary

kitchen at you venue, e.g. a marquee wedding.  

If you have a particular favourite dish in mind for your dinner,

please don't hesitate to contact us for a quote.

Tastings can be arranged by appointment. 

How to book our staffed bar

Drop us an email or give us a call to check your date availablity, we require a  minimum of 32 days notice, this is so we can apply to Dumfries & Galloway council for

the "occasional licence" at no cost to you.

If we are available for your date we would require the following information.

  • Venue location
  • What's the occasion
  • What time would you like the bar to open & close
  • Any entertainment and times performed e.g band, disco etc.
  • Any under 18's attending if so what are the youngest and eldest ages

 

On the day of your event we would arrive at your venue to set up

approx 1 hour before the bar is to open.
