Wedding reception 02/02/09 (Orroland Lodge)Hi Brian and Isabel,
Thank you for providing us with our wedding meal and finger buffet
on the 2nd of February 2009. You worked so hard thoughout the day,
everyone loved the hearty food that you made, it really warmed us up
after we'd been outdoors on one of the coldest days of the year! One of
our friends from Hong Kong had never tasted dauphinois potatoes before,
he was so impressed that he went back for seconds, and thirds, and
I think even fourths! My colleague told me later she
found it fascinating when you were explaining the different cheeses to
them, so thank you for taking the time to do that, is was important to
us to let our guests know that the food we chose had been locally
sourced where possible. Our favourite dish was definitely the chocolate
fondant, some people even said it was the best they'd ever tasted! We
were all so full after the delicious meal that we didn't touch the
finger buffet that evening, which worked out even better as it became
breakfast for our guests the next morning before everyone began their
long journeys home :)

the amount of food that you provided - if you weren't 300 miles away
I would use you all the time! The way that you got on with things and
then returned the next day to collect everything was also very much

Thank you for the excellent food and service you provided for us on our

Every one of the guests commented on the quality of the food
(especially the home made cakes!) and we considered both the buffet and
