1. Registration is optional

1.1 You are registering as a private individual or a company  user of iandbcatering.co.uk. Access is via your user name and password, which is personal to you. You must therefore not allow your user name and password to be used by anyone else, and must not permit or assist anyone who is not a registered user to gain access to any part of iandbcatering.co.uk. You must also notify us immediately if a third party obtains your user name and/or password or email address by emailing us via brian@iandbcatering.co.uk

You can change your password at anytime by clicking the “Change Password” button found on the "My Details” page of this site.


2. Privacy

2.1 We are committed to protecting your privacy. This section explains our Privacy Policy and provides options to let you choose how data about you is used. You can always review this information and change your preferences at any time in the future by contacting me brian@iandbcatering.co.uk

2.2 We hold the information that you give us when you sign-up to use the site.

We use this information to process your order and booking and to save you from re-entering the same information every time you use the service.

We monitor purchasing behaviour to ensure our product and service offerings are optimised. Site traffic is monitored in order to improve the future design of the site.

We maintain your order history so you can view your current and previous orders.


 Some of our web pages may contain “cookies”, which are data that may be sent to your web browser and stored on your computer. This allows our server to “recognise” you when you visit our web site in the future. Most web browsers can be configured to not accept cookies, or to notify you if a cookie is sent to you.

We will not sell, rent or otherwise make available your personally identifiable information to any other organisation.

3. Security
The security of your information is of the utmost importance to us.
Servers containing sensitive information are not available to the public Internet and all our servers are located in a secure area within a secure data centre.

Where data security is of vital importance (accepting credit card payments) industry standard HTTPS data encryption is used. This ensures that your information is secure.

Our system should work through any proxy server, web cache server or ICSA certified firewall.


4. Making a purchase

4.1 To make a purchase online, simply browse our site and click on any items that you wish to add to your order. After you have finished your selection, please click on "proceed to check out" and you will be asked for a few details,remember and note your function date,time and venue in the box provided.

4.2 Any cancellations or amendments to an booking must be made by calling 01387 251655  by seven days before the date of the function. We do not accept  cancellations or amendments after that.

4.3 Any order you make for products from iandbcatering.co.uk is an offer by you to purchase such products (subject to these terms and conditions), and acceptance of any order is at our sole discretion. An order is deemed to have been accepted by iandbcatering.co.uk only when you receive email or phone confirmation to this effect. Once we have accepted your order, there may be occasions where, for quality reasons or for other reasons beyond our control, it will not be possible to complete your order in full. In such cases, we will contact you and ask you to amend your menu selection. Should you have any difficulty in placing your order on-line give us a call,01387 251655


5. Price and Payment

5.1 The price will be as set out in iandbcatering.co.uk  published price list (shown on this web site), current at the date of order of the products.

5.2 Price and availability information is subject to change without notice. We accept payment on-line by PAYPAL  They accept credit and debit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Switch and Delta. Payment will be charged against your card at the time of order.

5.3 If your function is less than seven days from when your booking is received by us we require immediate and full payment,by cash,cheque or PAYPAL

5.4 If your function is more than seven days from when we receive your booking we require a 20% deposit.An invoice will be sent by post or email to confirm final details,food quantities ,selection etc,and will be payable in full seven days before your function.
 

6. Delivery

6.1 Products will be delivered to the venue nominated by yourself at the time of making the order. Customers may change their nominated venue by contacting us on 01387 251655

6.2 We will deliver your food to the chosen venue and set it out and if requested we will clear the buffet tables afterwards.

6.3 We pride ourselves in the quality and freshness of our food,by ordering your food from us you agree to dispose of your food within four hours of delivery,unless refrigerated @ 5 deg.C.

If you decide to keep your food longer than this  I  and B catering cannot be held responsible for any after affects.

7.Food hygiene.

I and B catering pride ourselves in our food and service,from purchase to the cooked dish we only select the finest and freshest ingredients.

We are fully compliment with the latest food hygiene legislation and we are registered with

Dumfries and Galloway Council.

8.Alcohol ordering.

By ordering alcohol from the iandbcatering.co.uk website you agree you are aged 18 years of age or older,also on delivery there must be someone of the age of 18 or above to accept the order or we will refuse to deliver and a refund will be given minus a 20% handling charge.

9.Cancellations

You can cancel or alter your booking right up until seven days from your function date,there will be no refund of any deposits any other monies will be refunded in full.

10. Allergy Warning

iandbcatering.co.uk products may contain traces of nuts.
