By making a booking with (i & b catering) you agree to these terms & conditions.
1. Making a booking
1.1 Bookings can be made by email, phone or in person.
1.2 Drop us an email or phone to check your date availability, choose your food selection, then contact us with your selection.
1.3 We will confirm your booking and total cost.
2. Price & payment
2.1 The price will be as set out on iandbcatering.co.uk (i & b catering) published price list (shown on this web site), or as per written quotation current at the date of order of the products & services.
2.2 To secure your booking we require a 20% deposit (maximum £100)within ten days of us(i & b catering) confirming your date availability.
2.3 If your function is less than ten days from when your booking is received by us we require immediate and full payment, by cash, cheque, bank transfer or Paypal.If using Paypal there will be an additional charge of 3.0% of the order value added
2.4 If your function is more than ten days from when we receive your booking we require a 20% deposit (maximum £100) to secure your date. We require your final guest numbers and menu selections 10 days before your event, once we receive this information we will invoice you and we then require immediate payment by cash, cheque, bank transfer or Paypal. If using Paypal there will be an additional charge of 3.0% of the order value added
2.5 Prices and availability is subject to change without notice.
2.6 On i & b catering receiving any form of payment, we will supply a detailed receipt.
3.0 Cancellations or amendments
3.1 Any cancellations or amendments to a booking must be made by calling 01387 251655 or email up to ten days before the date of the function. We do not accept amendments after that.
3.2 Any order you make for products from iandbcatering.co.uk (i & b catering) is an offer by you to purchase such products or sevices (subject to these terms and conditions), and acceptance of any order is at our sole discretion. An order is deemed to have been accepted by iandbcatering.co.uk(i & b catering) only when you receive email or phone confirmation to this effect. Once we have accepted your order,/booking there may be occasions where, for quality reasons or for other reasons beyond our control, it will not be possible to complete your order in full. In such cases, we will contact you and ask you to amend your menu selection.
3.3 You can cancel or alter your booking right up until ten days from your function date, there will be no refund of any deposits any other monies will be refunded in full.
3.4 If you cancel your booking less than ten days from your function date,no refund of any monies paid will be given.
4.1 Products/food will be delivered to the venue nominated by yourself at the time of making the order. Customers may change their nominated venue, subject to our delivery area (delivery charges may apply) by contacting us on 01387 251655
4.2 We will deliver your food to the chosen venue and set it out.
